I’m Priya, your fellow
traveller in this journey called ‘LIFE’. Aaj me apke sath ek boht hi common
problem 'overthinking' ke bare me kuch basics share krungi, jisse shayad har
dusra insan struggle kar raha hai.
OVERTHINKING :-
Friends bhagwan ne hum sbko ek boht
precious gift diya hai MIND; jiski vajah se hi hum cheejo ko analyze kar ke
acche se evaluate kar pate hai. But aksar kuch certain reasons ki vajah se hum
kabhi-kabhi bahut jyada sochne lagte hai; jisse hum normally overthinking bolte
hai.
Actually insan ka kisi
particular cheej ke bare me sochna problem nahi hai. Thinking is a Human
Nature. Aap bina soche planning kiye koi kam nahi kar sakte. But repeatedly
negative things ke bare me sochna apni health ke sath-sath apki life ko bhi
spoil krta hai.

Overthinking ek 'analysis paralysis' ki situation hoti hai. Because isme aap ek paralyzed insan
ke jese behave karte ho; jo sirf sochta rehta hai or koi decision na le pane ki
vajah se kuch kar nahi pata. Sath hi jyada sochne ki vajah se aap apne hi mind
me uss particular cheej ke liye kuch esi negative images create kar lete ho; Jo
aksar reality me exist karti hi nahi hai.
Iski vajah se ek choti si
problem bhi apko pahaad Jesi lagne lagti hai. Or yahi apke dimag ka darr apko
emotionally & mentally weak kar deta hai. In short gradually aap apne hi
mind me banaye hue darr ya illusion ki vajah se problems ko solve karne me fail ho jate ho.
Or fir unse bhagne lagte ho.
Agar aap notice karo;
toh apni kisi purani problem ke bare me soch kar dekho, Jo ab solve ho chuki
hai. Aaj aap analyze kar paoge ki shayad uss waqt hum bevajah hi itna tension
le rahe the; uss problem ka solution to bahut easy tha, or shayad hum jyada
sochne me time waste nahi karte to or bhi pehle solution mil gaya hota.
CAUSES of OVERTHINKING:-

Thinking:- Friends overthinking ka ek main
reason soch ka aadhar hai. Aapke sochne ke 2 basis hote hai- 1. Reality based 2. Beliefs based.
Jab bhi aapki thinking reality facts
(e.g. Jo bhi aap iss reality world me dekhte ho, feel krte ho etc.) par based
hoti hai, uss time aap apne ek clear mind ke sath hote ho. Or ek clear mind ke
pass ek particular goal hota hai; Jisme kabhi confusions nahi hote hai. Isse hi
hum right thinking bolte hai.

But jab aapki thinking beliefs facts
(e.g. Jo hum dusro ki kahi-suni baato se gain karte hai) par based hoti hai,
uss time aap ek struggling mind ke sath hote ho, jo humesha problematic
situations generate karta hai. Iski vajah se hi hum apne mind me kisi
particular point ke upar illusions create karte chale jate hai, jinka reality
me koi existence hi nahi hota hai. And isse hi hum wrong thinking kehte hai.
Accurate Decision:- jab bhi hum
kisi problem ke solution k bare me sochte hai, uss waqt hum sbka focus sabse
jyada uss decision ki accuracy ke upar hota hai. Because hum sabko humesha ek
perfect solution chaiye hota hai, jisme koi risk na ho.
Shayad kahin na kahin ye
decision accuracy ka point humare khud ke ego-satisfaction ke liye hota hai.
Because hum kabhi bhi apne liye hue decisions me wrong prove ni hona chate hai.
Yahi point hume continuously ek best solution sochne par majboor kar deta
hai.

But practically best jesa koi
solution hota nahi hai. Har ek solution ke apne kuch consequences hote hi hai.
So iski vajah se apki overthinking start ho jati hai.
The Perfection:- Aaj sabko apni life ek perfect well framed form me chaiye. Aap professional ke sath-sath apni personal life bhi well settled banana chate ho.
Bina khud perfect bane; duniya ko control karna chate ho. Sabhi kamo ko ek sath
uske best level par karna chate ho.

But hazaro cheejo ko ek sath lekar
chalne se aap apne upar ek pressure sa feel krne lagte ho, jo apki performance
quality ko lekar hota hai. Because apko har field me best hona hai. Or issii illogical desire ke chalte apke mind me har waqt kuch na kuch chalta hi rehta hai. And
yahi overthinking ka reason bhi hai.
· Ye kuch main reasons hai, jinki vajah
se hum overthinking face karte hai. Apne next or iss blog k 2nd part
