                  I’m Priya, your fellow traveller in this journey called ‘LIFE’.  Aaj kal ke time me jab bhi logo se unki life ke sabse important topic ke bare me pucha jata hai; toh mostly log family, money, career, relations etc. ke bare me hi baat karte hain. But vo ek sabse important basic factor ko hi bhul jate hain, jiske bina baki sab cheeje incomplete hain; vo hai apki health. So aaj me apki health ko improve karne ke liye kuch motivational tips share karungi; jinhe apnakar aap ek pleasant & satisfied life experience kar paoge.

What is Health?

                   Aksar log good health ka matlab body me bimariyo (diseases or illness) ki absence se hi lete hain. But reality me acchii health ka matlab hai ki – apki life ki process acche se chal rahi ho; physically, mentally & socially teeno level par sabhi kaam acche se ho rahe ho; kisi bhi level par koi bhi baadha (obstruction) na ho. Actual me acchii health sirf koi medical concept nahi; balki life ke har field me kisi person ke all-round development se hai; jiske under physical health, mental health, social health, spiritual health & intellectual health included hain.

Causes of  Poor Health.

                    Health is real wealth – ye toh aap sabne na jane kitni bar suna or padha hoga. But hum me se kitne hi log genuinely iske according kaam karte hain - Shayad bahut hi kam. Hum sabko bachpan se hi good habits or bad habits ke bare me bta diya jata hai. e.g.:- subah jaldi uthna chaiye, time se khana chaiye, daily exercise karni chaiye etc.
                   But kabhi hum apne busy schedule ke chalte, toh kabhi apne irresponsible behaviour ki vajah se in good habits ko follow karna bhul hi jaate hain. Inka dhyan hume tab aata hai; jab hume kisi health issue ke chalte doctor ke pass consult karne jana padta hai.
                   Actually ye ab humara nature hi bann gaya hai ki; Jab tak humari life me kisi reason ki vajah se koi drastic problem create nahi ho jati; tab tak hume vo reason itna important nahi lagta, ki hum uspe dhyan de. Hum humesha uss baat ko tab tak delay karte rehte hain; jab tak ki koi major issue create nahi ho jata.
                   Poor health ka ek or reason ye bhi hai ki – koi bhi kaam nahi karne ke liye insan ke pass excuses ki kabhi kami nahi hoti. Koi bhi good habit follow na karne ke liye uske pass humesha koi na koi excuse ready rehta hi hai. Mostly time toh insan ke ye excuses reasonable hote bhi nahi hai, vo to uski pehle se hi kaam ko nahi karne ki iccha hoti hai, jiske liye vo kuch na kuch faltu ke excuses bana hi leta hai.

                  Mainly yahi do reasons hain, jiski vajah se insan kabhi bhi apni life me koi bhi good habit regularly follow nahi kar pata; or jaane- anjaane hi sahi, par apne iss irresponsible behaviour ki vajah se vo apni health khraab kar hi leta hai.

Benefits  of  Good Health.

                      Ek insan apni poori life hard-work or struggle karta hai; jisse uski future life me kabhi koi problem na ho. Vo or uske aas-pass ke log khushi se rahe. But bina acchii health ke in baato ka koi sense nahi hai. Aap marji chahe kitne bhi life me goals set kar lo; unhe achieve kar lo; bina acchii health ke ye sab bekar hai.
                 e.g.:- agar kisi airplane ki body weak hogi ya uski body ka material paper ka hoga toh obvious si baat hai ki uski udaan jyada lambi nahi hogi. Balki sath hi uske kabhi bhi crash hone ka khatra alag rahega. Same fact humari health par bhi apply hota hai. Agar humari body healthy hogi, usme kaam karne ke liye sufficient energy hogi; toh vo bhi na keval apne life ke desired destination par pahuch payegi, balki uss opportunity ko lifetime acche se enjoy bhi kar payegi.

                  Because agar apne bina acchii health ke success achieve kar bhi li; toh ye bilkul esa hoga jese; zindagi bhar apne pesa kamane me mehnat toh bahut ki; par ab vahi pesa ap apne enjoyment ki jagah apne health issues ko thik karne me invest karne wale ho. So bad me pesa laga ke health thik karne se accha hai ki; aap abhi se hi apni health improve karne ke liye kaam kare. Jisse aap bad me apni zindagi bhar ki kamayi ko doctors ko dene ki jagah apne enjoyment me invest kar payenge.
                  Vese toh kisi bhi insan ko mentally or physically dono level par fit hona chaiye. But fir bhi mentally fit hone se pehle, physically fit hona bahut jaruri hai. Because aap tab tak mentally fit nahi ho sakte; jab tak aap physically healthy nahi ho jate. Iska reason yahi hai ki kisi bhi insan ki body uske mind, emotions & relations sabse inter-connected hoti hai.
                 Agar apki body thik se kaam nahi kar paa rahi hai; toh apka mind bhi utna gracefully work nahi kar pata hai. Jiski vajah se aap sahi decisions nahi le paate ho. kahin na kahin ye baat apko frustrate bhi karne lagti hai. Iska effect apke bigadte relations or life ke baki fields me bhi dekhne ko milta hai.
                 So in sab problems ka ek hi solution hai ki; aap apni physical health par sabse pehle dhyan de. Physically fit hote hi apka mind bhi acche se kaam karega. Vo kehte hai na – ek healthy mind humesha ek healthy body me hi milta hai. Ek healthy body & healthy mind ke sath hi aap life ke har field me acche se response kar paoge; or life ko completely enjoy kar paoge.
                 Nature ka bhi living things ke survival ke liye humesha se ek hi rule raha hai; vo hai – survival of the fittest. Jo bhi life ke parameters me fit nahi ho pata hai, unfortunately uske liye life ka vahin end ho jata hai. So ek acche lifespan ke sath jeene ke liye jaruri hai ki, apko khud ko survival ke according fit banana padega. Otherwise maybe aap Apna average lifetime bhi complete nahi kar paoge.

Motivation for Better Health.

                  Aksar esa hota hai ki hum apni health ko lekar conscious toh hote hain, but kuch motivation ki kami, kuch laziness or kuch irresponsible hone ki vajah se hum koi good habit follow nahi kar paate hain, ya agar follow karna start bhi karte hain toh jyada time tak continue nahi rakh paate hain.
                  Iska main reason hai – negative thinking. Jab bhi aap koi bhi good habit follow karne ki sochte ho; toh next moment hi apko vo kaam tough lagne lagta hai. And jese hi apne ek bar uss kaam ke tough hone ke baare me socha; toh apka mind uss kaam ke tough hone se related bahut se excuses apke liye ready kar deta hai. Jiske bad ab apke pas uss habit ko follow nahi karne ke liye bahut se reasons bhi hote hain.
                  Esa isliye hota hai because apka mind ek garden ke jese kaam karta hai. Aap usme jesi thinking ke seeds grow karne ke liye daloge… apko vese hi output milenge. Agar aap negative sochne ki jagah ye soche ki – haan, apke liye ye good habit follow karna bahut easy hai; toh apka mind bhi vese hi bahut se reasons ready kar dega, jisse vo kaam apko or bhi easy lagne lagega.

                 So koi bhi healthy tip follow karne se pehle kabhi bhi negative na soche. Ye positive thinking hi hai; jo apko koi bhi good habit regularly follow karne ke liye logically motivate karti rahegi.
                 Kabhi bhi sirf aaj physically fit hone ke liye hi kaam na kare. Agar aap aaj fit hain; toh esa nahi hai ki ab apko kuch karne ki need hi nahi hai; aage future me iss fitness ko maintain karne ke liye or usse next level par le jaane ke liye try kare. E.g.:- agar kisi airplane ki ek flight thik rahi hai; toh iska matlab ye nahi hota ki usme koi default nahi hai. Uski har flight se pehle uski regular checking hoti hi hai.
                 Same apko bhi apne regular check-ups karane chaiye; or apni health ko maintain rakhne ke liye & apni working capacity ko increase karne ke liye apni body par kaam karna chaiye.
                Health ke matter me mostly time insan ki dependency completely medication par hi bani rehti hai. Kisi bhi health issue ke liye hum ek dum careless ho jate hain; ki agar kuch hua bhi toh doctor se puch ke kuch tablets kha kar toh hum thik ho hi jayenge. But actual me jab bhi hume koi bimari hoti hai; toh vo ek type ka indication hi hota hai; ki ab hume apni habits me improvement laane ki jarurat hai. Agar humne abhi apni habits me improve nahi kiya; toh future me or bhi usse major koi health issue face karna pad sakta hai.

               Isliye kabhi bhi sirf medication par hi depend na rahe. Balki khud se bhi apne level par kaam kare. Apni habits ko improve kar apni health issues se khud ko heal kare or ek better health maintain kare.

·        Exercise daily.
·        Eat nutritious & healthy food.
·        Live a meaningful life.
·        Reduce oil consumption.
·        Stay away from negativity.
·        Don’t consume narcotics.
·        Make your own food.
·        Get your health checked regularly.
·        Maintain your hygiene.
·        Engage yourself in some kind of physical activity.
·        Love yourself.

                  In short, ek better health ke sath apke andar energy ka ek alag hi level par flow hota rahega.  Jisse aap kisi bhi kaam ke liye dusre logo par depend nahi rahoge. Isse apka confidence bhi increase hoga & life ke har moment ko aap khul ke completely jee paoge.
