LOSSES of OVERTHINKING:-
NEGATIVE THINKING:-
Overthinking ki habit
se apki soch gradually negative hoti chali jati hai. Iski vajah se aapko kisi
bhi cheej me kuch bhi positive nazar nahi aata hai. Aap har baat ke negative
aspects par hi jyada dhyan dete ho. Jisse apki productivity bhi affected hoti
hai. Iske sath hi aap apne aas-pas ke environment ko bhi negative banate ho.
Jisse dusre logo par bhi iska bura asar padta hai.

FAR from REALITY :-
Overthiking se insan apne hi
banaye hue imagination world me rehne lag jata hai. Kisi bhi problem se related
apne mind me itni images phle se hi create kar leta hai, jo shayad reality me
hoti bhi nahi hai (e.g.:- agar usne esa kiya toh me vesa karunga, agar usne esa
bola toh me bhi usse ye bolunga etc.).
Iss vajah se jo actual problem hai, jiska solution
easy hota hai, usse aap overthinking kar ke apne mind me bahut complicated bana
lete hai. Isse aap casual-si baato par over-react karne lagte hai. And iss sab
me kahin na kahin aap real world se dur hone lagte hai.

MEDICAL EFFECTS:-
Overthinking se apki body me bhi kafi
health related issues create hone lagte hai. Iski vajah se apka I.Q. level bhi
decrease hone lagta hai, jisse apka creativity level bhi girne lagta hai.
Overthinking ki situation me brain ke frontal lobe ( brain ka vo part jo humans
ki personality or unki communicate karne ki ability ko control karta hai) se cortisol enzyme release hone se neurons ki
efficiency bhi decrease hone lagti hai & immune system bhi affected hota hai. Isse anxiety, depression, stress,
mood-swings jese mental health problems hone lagte hai.
Brain ke sath-sath
iska bura asar digestive system, heart, skin, sleeping hours etc. par bhi padta
hai. Jisse overall body ka immune system weak hone se bahut-si diseases humare
andar generate hone lagti hai.
Iss mentally or physically tired situation me
aap apne relations me balance nahi bana paate ho, jisse apki social life bhi
khatam hone lagti hai. Iss vajah se aap or bhi akele rehne lagte ho, and
continuously overthinking se ek casual si baat bhi aap par bahut gehra asar
daal deti hai. And kbhi-kbhi log inse bachne ke liye nashe ki lat ke bhi
shikaar ho jate hai.

PREVENTING & OVERCOMING:-
· Friends, pehli baat aap apne mind me
clear kar le, ki apki life ki problems solve karne ke liye koi nahi aane wala;
na hi koi miracle hone wala hai. Agar aap kisi baat se pareshan ho to uske liye
apko hi kaam karna padega. Or jab tak aap hi solution nikalna nahi chahoge; koi
bhi apki help nahi kar sakta; yha tak ki God bhi nahi. Vo kehte hai na- “God
help those, who help themselves”. So ye apko decide karna hai ki aap apni
problems ko solve kar ke ek better mental health ke sath jeena chate ho, ya
zindagi bhar apni problems ke peeche rona chahte ho.

· 2nd, apko present me jeena
start karna hoga. Friends, past me hui kisi baat ko hum change nahi kar sakte,
jo ho gaya vo ho gaya. And future kisi ne dekha nahi hai. Toh hume kyu kisi
baat ka regret hai or kyu hum kuch naya karne se darte hai? Apko jarurat hai
aaj chote-chote risk lene ki; Isse apka kisi kaam ko karne me confidence
build-up hoga. Isse aap present me focus kar paoge.
· 3rd, apko life me apni
kuch limits and priorities decide karni hongi. Because aap ek time me sab kuch
nahi kar sakte ho. Remember – “Nothing is Perfect in this world”. Apko
ek specific kaam karne ke liye dusre kaam ko delay ya cancel karna hi padega. So
ye apko decide karna hai ki iss time apke liye sabse jyada kya important hai. Because life me aaj decide ki hui yahi kuch priorities se hi apka aane wala future
bhi frame hoga. So ek confusion-less mind, focused goal & better future ke
liye apko apni priorities clear karni hi hongi.

· 4th, friends thoughts ko
completely rokna possible nahi hai. And kahin na kahin ye baat ek dead mind ka
sign bhi hai, jo hume nahi karna hai. Hume ek healthy & active mind chaiye.
Iske liye apko apne mind me aa rahe thoughts se struggle karna band karna hoga.
E.g.:- jab aap kahin bahar hote ho
to kya har raste chalte insan se ladne lag jate ho? Nahi naa. Kyuki hume pata
hai ese kisi se bhi bematlab ladne ka koi fayda nahi hai, & nuksaan bahut
sare hai. Yahi same kaam apko apne mind me aa rahe faltu ke thoughts ke sath
bhi karna hai. Unke sath involve hokar unse ladna nahi hai. Simply let them
come & go. That’s it.
· Last but not the least, apko life me
hue bad experiences ke liye khud ko or sath hi dusro ko bhi maaf karna seekhna
hoga. Esa bahut bar hota hai jab past me hue kisi incident ki vajah se hum
bahut jyada emotinally suffocation feel karne lagte hai.
And uss ek suffocating
feeling ki vajah se hum apne present ke relations ko bhi honest value ni de
paate hai. Friends, jab tak aap andar se khush nahi ho na, tab tak aap apne aas
pas ke logo ko bhi khush nahi rakh sakte.
So khud andar se khush
hone ke liye apko uss ek suffocating emotion se khud ko aazad karne ki jarurat hai. Iske
liye apko uss experience se related apni mistakes ko accept karna hoga. Then
khud ko or dusro ko kosna band karna hoga. Apko khud se or uss dusre person se
maafi mangni hogi.
Maybe vo dusra person
apko maaf na kare, but it’s totally fine. Unka apko maaf karna apke control me
nahi hai. But jab aap apne mann me uss incident ke liye har person ko n khud ko
maaf kar doge na, tab aap uss suffocation bhare mann se bahar aa jaoge.

Because jab bhi aap
baato ko individually ya mentally clear nahi karte ho, toh kahin na kahin vo
dheere-dheere apke mind me collect ho
kar toxin ka kaam karne lagti hai. Jo ki mental health ke liye bilkul bhi accha
nahi hai. So accha hoga ki aap baato ko clear karna seekho.
Iske alawa aap meditation karne ki habit daale, jisse apka concentration level increase hoga. And sath hi aap kisi na kisi activity me khud ko busy rakhe, Jo bhi apko karna pasand ho. Khud se accha sochne ki habit daale; e.g.:- sab kuch accha ho raha hai, aage bhi sab accha hi hoga. And life ki reality ko samje, ki problems sabke sath hai. Bas apko khud ko improve karte rehna hai.
Jaisa mene last blog me
bhi btaya tha, ki god ne hume ek bahut precious gift ‘mind’ diya hai. Jisse hum
sbse important kam karte hai, vo hai thinking. Yahi vo baat hai jo hume iss
earth pe baki creatures se superior banati hai. But humne iss gift ka galat or
over use kar ke isse apne liye ek curse bana liya hai.

kuch basics aapko overthinking ko rokne me helpful honge. And I’m sure guys aap
apne jeene ke tareeke me thoda changes la kar apni life ko or behtar bana sakte
