Priya, your fellow traveller in this journey called ‘LIFE’. Hum sabko kabhi na
kabhi life ke kisi na kisi mod par past me hue kuch failures, mistakes or
missed opportunities ka regret hota hi hai. Jo humare mann me khud ke liye hi
inferiority complex (heen-bhawana) create kar deti hai. Toh inhi regrets or
guilts se recover hone ke liye aaj apke sath kuch information share krungi,
jisse aap apne past se bahar aa kar present ko acche se enjoy kar paoge.
Regret – an unhealthy obsession.
Jab
hum life jeete hain tab hume ye toh pata hota hai ki humare liye kya sahi hai
or vo hume kese execute karna hai, but fir bhi jaane-anjaane humse ya kisi or
person se mistakes ho hi jati hai, jiski vajah se hume uss kaam ya relationship
me failures face karne hi padte hai.

Starting me toh hum uss kaam ya relation ke kisi particular purpose ko
achieve karne ke bare me hi sochte hai, iska matlab starting me toh humara uss
kaam ya relation ko lekar intention positive hi hota hai, but jab humara vo purpose poora nahi ho pata
hai; toh hum usse apni mistakes ka label de dete hai.
ye
failure wala phase toh insan fir bhi handle kar leta hai. But aage life me kafi
ese turning point aate hain; jab apko apni past ki mistakes ka ehsaas hota hai;
or tab apko apni galtiyo ka afsos hota hai. Past me ki hui inhi mistakes ke
bare me bar-bar soch kar dukhi hone ko or uss failure ke liye khud ko ya dusro
ko blame karne ko hi regret karna kehte hai.
Iss
regret ke chalte hum khud ko ya dusro ko itna jyada criticize karne lagte hai;
ki iska effects humari physical health ke sath-sath mental health par bhi padne lagta hai. isse humari immunity or hormones to affected hote hi hai, sath hi ye
apki life ki sukh-shaanti ko bhi khatam kar deta hai.
Regret
me hone wali yahi negative overthinking insan ko depression, anxiety or stress
me le jaati hai. jisse aap present me ho kar bhi apne past life me hi trapped
ho kar reh jaate ho. Past me hue events ko toh aap recorrect nahi kar sakte,
but regret ki vajah se aap apne present opportunities ko bhi acche se use nahi
kar paate ho. Jisse apki better future life ke chances or bhi decrease hone
lagte hai.

present time me apne mind ko poori efficiency ke sath use karne ke liye; sabse
pehle apka iss past life ke regretting obsession se bahar aana bahut important
hai. Otherwise ye regretting obsession apka confidence, focus, productivity sab
kuch khatam kar dega.
Right direction for regret.
Apne
regret ko ek sahi direction me le jakar aap bahut kuch naya seekh sakte ho. ye
experience apko future life me kafi helpful bhi honge. Iss right direction me
jaane ke liye apko kuch steps follow karne honge.
Acceptance :-
Sabse phle apko uss failure ko accept karna chaiye & uski
responsibity bhi leni chaiye. Apko ye smajhna hoga ki iss duniya me kuch bhi
perfect nahi hai. aap akele hi nahi ho jisse mistakes hoti hai. har insan se
uski situation or surroundings ke according galtiya hoti hi hai.

Or
ye mistakes karne ko koi age bhi justify nahi karti hai. ye ek human nature
hai. koi bhi insan iss life ko jeene ke tareeke; apni maa ke pet se hi seekh
kar nahi aata hai. ye sab knowledge vo iss life me esi mistakes kar ke hi gain
karta hai.
Ab
iska matlab ye nahi hai ki aap bar-bar life me har time bas mistakes hi karte
raho. Isse toh aap poori tarah corrupt ho jaoge; or apni life spoil kar loge.
Kuch knowledge apko dusro ke experience se bhi leni chaiye.
Chanakya neeti me bhi likha hai ki; agar aap
har baat ka experience lene ke liye khud par ese experiments karne lage; toh
yeh life apke liye bahut choti reh jayegi. Or isse aap khud ke liye problems
bhi create kar loge. E.g.:- apko phle se pata hai ki aag me hath dalne se aap
jaloge hi, fir bhi agar aap esa kar rahe ho toh aap stupid hi kehlaoge. So
accha yahi hai ki aap dusro ki mistakes se bhi kuch seekho.
Apko ye baat samajhni hogi ki agar apne life
me kuch bura experience kiya bhi hai; toh aap uss event ko apne mind se permanently
erase nahi kar sakte ho. So esa sochna ki aap past ko completely bhula doge,
totally illogical & myth hai. Aap bas uss mistake se seekh le kar khud ko
recover kar sakte ho, but usse bhula nahi sakte.

Aap
khud sochiye iss duniya me konsi esi cheej hai, jo perfect hai – koi nahi.
Perfection ke close jo ki machines hain, even unme bhi kafi bar faults aa jate
hai. Jab hume ye pata hai ki iss planet par kuch bhi perfect hai hi nahi; toh
hum kyu iss illusion me jeete hai; ki humse ya dusro se kabhi koi mistake ho hi
nahi sakti.
Apko ye baat honestly accept karni chaiye
ki- apke andar kamiya thi, hai or rahengi. And agar apse mistake hui or apko
bura lag raha hai toh- it’s ok. Apko bura lagna bhi chaiye, varna aap apni
mistakes se seekhoge kese.

Because ye apke failures hi hai; jo apko kuch seekhne ki opportunity
dete hai. Humesha sirf success hi milne se aap life ke important lessons kabhi
nahi seekh paoge. Ese me future me apke koi or badi mistake karne ke chances
jyada ho jaate hain.
Analysis :-
Ab jab aap apni mistakes ko accept kar chuke hoge; toh apke liye uss
failure ke root-cause ke bare me janna bahut important hai. Aksar esa hota hai
ki log apne acche time ko toh humesha experience karna chahte hai, but apne
bure time ko face karne se darte hai.
kahin na kahin ye bura time unke faults
ka hi reflection hota hai; jisse vo kbhi ni dekhna chahte. Because unka ego
kabhi bhi unhe apni kamiyo ko accept karne ki permission nahi deta hai.
But uss failure ko thik se analyze na
karne se; vo baate humesha ke liye humare mann me ghar kar jati hai. Or
gradually vo ek ghaav bann kar apko lifetime ke liye pain or guilt feel karwati
hai.
So accha hoga ki aap apni ya dusro ki kamiyo ko chupaye nahi. Baato ko
mann me rakhne ki jagah unhe clear kare. Isse apko uss reason ke bare me pata
lagega; jiski vajah se aap uss particular kaam ya relationship me unsuccessful
hue ho. isse aap future me vahi same reason repeat kar ke mistake nahi karoge.
Make-up for the
loss:-
Kabhi-kabhi humari mistakes ke consequences itne jyada kharab hote hai;
ki usse humare relations bhi ending point par aa jate hai. But agar uss
relation ko sahi karne ke thode bhi chances ho; toh apko ek bar usse vapas thik
karne ka try karna hi chaiye.
Because life me acche relations banane ke mauke bahut mushkil se milte hai. Jaruri nahi ki har time situation apke
favor me ho. So kabhi kisi ki galtiyo ki vajah se hi relation end nahi karna
chaiye.
Aaj ki generation ke sath yahi sabse
badi problem hai; ki hum log sabse pehle apne relations par give-up karte hai.
Shayad ab humare liye relations bahut cheap value wali list me aa chuke hain.
But ye relations hi hai jinse hume humesha support milta hai.

Toh
kuch acche relations maintain karne ke liye humesha kuch mistakes ke liye space
to rakhni hi chaiye. Jiss tarah aap apne favor me sochte ho ki apse
jaane-anjanne me galti ho sakti hai, vese dusro ke liye bhi mistakes ki margin
rakhni chaiye.
Unse bhi apki tarah hi mistakes ho sakti hai. But gusse me kabhi bhi
relation khatam nahi karne chaiye. Iske liye khud ko or dusro ko maaf karna
seekhe. Because maaf karke aap khud ko or samne wale ko uss guilt or regret se release
kar dete ho. Jo ek better health or satisfied life ke liye bahut important hai.
Learning:-
Life me jab bhi aap koi accha kaam karte ho; toh humesha uss baat se
chipke nahi rehna chaiye, because ye apke andar ego create karti hai. Vahin
dusri taraf agar apse kabhi koi mistake ho jaye; toh usse sirf bhulna nahi hai,
balki usse seekh leni hai; jisse apse vo same mistake dubara na ho.
Because apse mistake hona ye galat nahi
hai. Balki usse kuch na seekhna; ya seekh ke bhi dubara same mistake karna
galat hai. fir bhi agar apke mind me past se related koi thought aaye; toh usse lekar ye nahi sochna
hai; ki apne esa kyu kiya, ya usse esa nahi karna chaiye tha. Because esa
sochne se vo regret apke life se kabhi nahi jayega.

Apko isse positively lekar sochna chaiye;
ki thik hai, mistakes sabse hoti hai & sabse best part ye hai; ki apko kuch
naya experience karne ka mauka mila. And
apne sirf galti hi nahi ki, usse bahut kuch naya seekha bhi hai. So ab aap phle
se jyada mature & strong ho.
Ho sakta hai agar abi ye mistake nahi hoti;
toh shayad aap future me isse or badi koi mistake karte. But ab jab apke pas
iss situation se related experiences hai; toh ab aap future me iske jesi
problems ko acche se handle kar paoge.
Esa sochne se apko kabhi bhi uss past
experience ko lekar regret nahi hoga. Balki aap phle se jyada confident &
focused feel karoge. Because iss duniya me apke liye apse jyada koi bhi cheej
badi nahi hai, yha tak ki apki mistakes bhi nahi.

And sacchayi toh ye hai ki apke aas-pas ke
log bhi ye janne me interested nahi hote hai; ki aap kitne regret or pain me
ho. So apni precious life ko kisi bhi faltu ke regret me waste nahi kare. Iss
time apke liye sabse jyada kuch important task hai; toh vo hai apne apko khush
rakhna & apni life ko completely enjoy karna.
In short,
भूल करना प्रकृति है|
मान लेना संस्कृति है|
सुधार लेना प्रगति है|
