How to make mind free from Depression


Hello readers,

            I’m priya, your fellow traveller in this journey called ‘LIFE’. Hum sab apni life me kisi na kisi baat se nakhush hote hi hai; but  depression  usse kahi jyada dukhad, gehra or lamba anubhav hai. Aaj me apke sath kuch ese basic facts share krne wali hu, jinhe aap apply kr ke na keval depression or stress jese andar hi andar insan ko khokhla bana dene wali bimari se mukti paoge,  sath hi humare  satisfied life  ki journey me ek step aage bhi  aa paoge.

           Life me kisi na kisi phase me hum sb depression or stress experience krte  hi hai,  jo ki kuch choti badi problems ki vajah se hota hai.. after all shayad yahi life hai. But hum uss particular situation ko kese face krte hai ye sirf hum par depend krta hai. So basically problems ka hona na hona humare control me nahi hai, but usse handle karne ka pura control humare pass hota hai.
  •             Kuch log jo esi situation acche se handle kr lete hai, vo kabhi depression me nahi aate hai. But jo log aache se handle nahi kr pate hai ya haar maan lete hai, unhe dpression se struggle krna pdta hai. Or dheere dheere ye log apna confidence khone lgte hai. Isme kuch log uss problem se mukti paane ke liye galat aadato ko apna lete hai;  jisse insan apna  mental balance  khone lgta hai or situation or bhi complicated ho jati hai. So basically agar hum apne zindagi jeene ke tareeke me kuch changes laye toh hume kabhi bhi ye depression wali phase se struggle nahi krna pdega or hum uss problem ka ek sahi or behtar solution soch payenge.

  •              So in my opinion, agar aap kisi bimari ko khatm krna chate ho; toh sbse phle apko uski root ke bare me pata lagana hoga, jha se ye depression bhare thoughts  generate hue hai. Let me tell you guyz;  yha me apki uss problem ke bare me baat nahi kar rahi hu;  jha se ye stress generate hua hai, because problems  par apka koi control nahi hai. Vo toh aayengi hi. Me baat kar rahi hu uss root ki jiske hone se humare mind me ye thought process start hoti hai, jise aap overthinking bhi bol skte ho.
  •              Yes friends, Overthinking. Yahi vo process hai jiske hone se humare mind me vo particular problem bar-bar rewind hoti rehti hai. Jiski vajah se hum sirf uss situation ke bare me hi sochte rehte hai, koi solution nahi nikal pate. Because  jab tak humara mind relaxed or calm nahi hoga; tab tak hum kisi bhi situation ko acche se analyze nahi kar payenge. Or esi impulsive situation me hum aksar kuch wrong decisions le lete hai, jinka regret hume bad me hota hai.

  •               So overthinking ko khatam kar ke hi aap khud ko depression se rescue kar sakte ho or uss problem ke har aspect ko acche se analyze kar ke ek behtar solution soch sakte ho. Because ek unquiet mind ya ashaant dimag se liya hua decision dusre logo ke sath sath humare liye bhi harmful prove ho skta hai.  So kisi bhi successful decision ke liye ek shaant dimag ka hona bahut jaruri hai.
